Returns

Do you accept Returns or Exchanges?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply send it back within 30 days and we'll refund the full cost of the item minus shipping costs. Please contact us at service@sippyleash.com for return instructions and a return label. Customers are responsible for return shipping on returned items. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.

Where's my Refund?

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and processed your refund.

A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please be patient. It may take time before your bank posts your refund.

How do I change or cancel my order?

If you need to cancel or make any changes to your order please email service@sippyleash.com within 2 hours of making your purchase with the subject line of this email must read 'CHANGE OF ORDER' or 'CANCEL ORDER' and our team will be back to you shortly.

Yes, from time to time we offer discounts and promotions. Subscribe to our newsletter to receive news and special offers via email.

Can I reserve items by adding them to my cart?

Items do not get reserved by holding them in your cart. Product availability is very limited and therefore can sell out before your purchase is complete. Order transactions are completed in the order they are received.

I didn't receive a confirmation email?

Please make sure you check all folders in your inbox including the junk and spam folders. If you still cannot find your confirmation email please email service@sippyleash.com to ensure you provided the correct email during checkout.

Shipping

How much does shipping cost?

All shipping rates vary depending on the total weight of package and the selected shipping method. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. 

We offer free domestic shipping for orders over $50

When will my order ship?

All in-stock orders typically ship within 1-2 business days via USPS MAIL. You should receive an email once your item has shipped along with tracking info. It may take some time for the post office to scan and receive it. If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. Contact us and we will replace those items.

How long will it take to get my order?

It depends on where you are. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days should take 5-7 business days to arrive. Once your order has been shipped we will provide you tracking information.
